Calling all princesses and princes! Your royal experience awaits at HDC's Crowns and Gowns dance camp. Your little one is cordially invited to twirl, spin, and dance their hearts out. Campers will have the opportunity to express themselves through movement and creativity, guided by our experienced instructors who will help them develop their dance skills and gain confidence.

Participants will learn dance fundamentals, play games, and make crafts in a fun, fairytale environment.

This experience will be filled with other exciting activities designed to spark curiosity and imagination. Each child will leave with new skills, new friends, and a sense of accomplishment. Our goal is to inspire a lifelong love of dance and creativity in each child who attends Crowns and Gowns Dance Camp!

Welcome to THIS EPISODE OF BLUEY, a magical dance experience tailor-made for our youngest movers and shakers, aged 3-5! Dive into a week filled with laughter, imagination, and the joy of dancing in the playful spirit of Bluey.

At Bluey's Camp, focus will be on exploration and expression through movement. Our little campers will learn basic dance steps, play games, and engage in creative activities that align with Bluey's delightful world. With a special emphasis on fun and encouragement, our goal is to nurture a love for dance and build confidence in our budding performers.

Join the Heeler family and celebrate your love of Bluey! Dancers will learn dance fundamentals, play games, and make crafts themed after the popular Disney Junior show.

Boogie to the beat with BroZone and the rest of the Trolls gang! Join us in a vibrant and energetic setting that captures the essence of the whimsical Trolltastic universe. Dancers will develop and build upon dance skills to the theme of the popular Trolls movie franchise.

With music and choreography inspired by the colorful and fantastical Troll kingdoms, instructors will have participants grooving to the beat and spreading joy like never before.

In addition to the lively dance portion, campers will immerse themselves in the creativity of Troll crafts, adding an extra layer of excitement to the experience. Get ready to unleash your inner Troll as you dance, laugh, and craft your way through a week filled with high-energy fun and troll-inspired creativity.

This intensive is for the young dancer who is getting serious about their training and love of dance! Students will take challenging and fun classes in many styles, including Jazz, Lyrical/Contemporary, Hip-Hop, Tap, Acro, and Musical Theater. Students will learn combos in each style and will refine the technical skills associated with each. Classes will spend ample time on flexibility, strength, conditioning and body alignment work to improve on general placement and technique. Instructors will help students learn to apply new skills in center floor & across the floor combinations, tricks, leaps, movement quality, and choreography. Children will learn about setting goals as they grow in all styles of dance and leave inspired each day during this exciting week!

*1+ years of dance experience recommended for this camp

Dancers will be divided into levels based on age and ability. Below is a general guideline and students may be moved depending on ability and focus in classes.

This 3-class session combines the fundamentals of basic muscle control with the latest hip hop moves! Students will be introduced to choreography and learn how to direct power and isolation to different parts of the body, as well as learn how to channel the attitude of their favorite pop stars. Students will increase in coordination, rhythm, and flexibility. Please wear comfy clothes and tennis shoes.

This introductory 3-week session combines the fundamentals of basic muscle control with the latest hip hop moves! Instructors will guide each child as they learn to adjust to a classroom environment while being encouraged to have fun! Students will be introduced to choreography and learn how to direct power and isolation to different parts of the body, as well as learn how to channel the attitude of the (age appropriate) music. They will increase in coordination, rhythm, and flexibility. Students will also work on basic tumbling progressions: forward rolls, backward rolls, handstand drills, and cartwheels.

Grab your friendship bracelets and join Taylor Swift as she makes her imaginary tour stop at HDC! Dancers will learn choreography to Taylor's most beloved songs while developing new skills in jazz and lyrical technique.

Dancers will focus on learning more advanced combinations & technique focused specifically on Jazz, Lyrical and Contemporary styles. Students will improve on mental and physical agility as well as overall style. Classes will include deep stretching, conditioning, leaps, turns and more challenging combinations center floor.
