Company Ballet & Technique Intensive

This intensive begins at the root of all great technique: classical ballet. Over the course of four days, dancers will engage in focused training that includes barre work, across-the-floor exercises, and both allegro and adagio center combinations.

Students will deepen their understanding of ballet technique and learn how to apply it more intentionally and effectively in all styles. Dancers will build strength, develop clean lines, sharpen musicality, and grow in self-discipline, confidence, and artistry.

In addition to ballet, students will participate in strengthening drills and technique progressions designed to improve control, placement, and execution across the board.
